Curious About Copper Peptide GHK-Cu Benefits
Hi everyone,
I’ve been reading about copper peptide GHK-Cu and its potential benefits for skin and hair health. I understand it’s supposed to promote collagen production, improve skin elasticity, and even aid in wound healing.
However, I’m unsure about the best way to use it, the recommended concentrations, and whether it’s safe for long-term use. Has anyone tried topical GHK-Cu serums or treatments? What results did you notice, and did you experience any side effects?
I’d really appreciate insights from people with experience or knowledge about this peptide.

Re: Curious About Copper Peptide GHK-Cu Benefits
Hi!
I’ve been using it for a few months, and here’s what I’ve found. It does seem to help with collagen production, skin firmness, and hair growth. Most topical serums are around 0.05–0.1%, which is generally safe for daily use.
I apply copper peptide GHK-Cu once or twice a day after cleansing, before moisturizer. I’ve noticed firmer, smoother skin and some hair regrowth in thinning areas. Side effects are rare, though a few people report mild redness or irritation.
Long-term use appears safe at these concentrations, just avoid layering it with strong acids or vitamin C directly.
